RESOLUTION #068-2007
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY'S OFFICIAL MAP
REGARDING DURHAM DRIVE REALIGNMENT
WHEREAS, A realignment of Durham Drive was proposed in 2003 and the City's
official street system plan was amended to reflect the new alignment; and
WHEREAS, The City has learned that the Department of Natural Resources would not
approve the proposed alternative for Durham Drive because vital wetlands would be
disturbed; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has recommended to the Common Council
that the current future Durham Drive alternative should be discontinued and removed
from the City's Official map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
approve of amending the City's Official map to remove the Durham Drive alternative
that is depicted on the map.
