RESOLUTION #066-2007
APPROVAL OF RELEASE FROM DEVELOPER'S DEPOSIT
Greystone/Tudor Oaks and Inpro Corporation
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has authorized a release from the Developer's
Deposit for the following:
Greystone/Tudor Oaks
Inpro Corporation
$12,205.00
$ 8,659.75
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended to the Common Council that
the funds be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
release from the Developer's Deposit for Greystone in the amount of $12,205 and a
release from the Developer's Deposit for Inpro Corporation in the amount of $8,659.75.
