RESOLUTION #059-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
Woodland Creek Estates
WHEREAS, Engineers Ruekert & Mielke have submitted a request for a letter of credit
reduction for Woodland Creek Estates in the amount of $502,010; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for
Woodland Creek Estates be reduced by $502,010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for Woodland Creek Estates in the amount of $502,010.
