RESOLUTION #052-2007
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Creekside Estates
Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on February 13, 2007 for Creekside Estates in
the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 33 and SW 1/4 Section 34 in the Town of Vernon;
and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved with the adoption of Resolution #157-
2006 on August 22,2006; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 041-
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Creekside Estates in the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 33 and SW 1/4
Section 34 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
