COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #047-2007
RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #021-2007
(Re-creation of Mayor's Task Force on Economic Development)
WHEREAS, Section 2.09(4) of the Municipal Code outlines that the Mayor may appoint
special committees as he may deem advisable, and
WHEREAS, The Mayor's Task Force on Economic Development was re-created with
the adoption of Resolution #021-2007 on February 13, 2007; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor has requested that the maximum number of committee
members should be eight instead of seven.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby amend Resolution #021-2007 to state that the Task Force shall
consist of a maximum of eight members.
