COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #037-2007
APPROVAL OF FINAL REDUCTION IN CASH BALANCE
KNUDSEN
WHEREAS, The City has a cash deposit for the installation of sewer on Hillendale Drive
for the Knudsen property; and
WHEREAS, Plan Director Jeff Muenkel submitted a request to approve a final reduction
in the cash balance for Richard Knudsen; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the cash deposit for
Richard Knudsen be reduced by $1,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
final reduction in the cash balance for Richard Knudsen in the amount of $1,000 with
the appropriate disbursements to be made by the Finance Department.
