COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #036-2007
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
REPRESENTATIVE TO FILE RECYCLING GRANTS
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego (RU-6751) hereby requests financial assistance
under s. 287.23 Wis. Stats., Chapters NR 542,544 and 549, Wis. Admin. Code, for the
purpose of planning, constructing or operating a recycling program with one or more
components specified in s. 287.11(2)(a) to (h), Wis. Stats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the Superintendent of Public Works, an employee of the City of Muskego, to act on its
behalf to:
· Submit an application to the Department of Natural Resources for financial
assistance under s. 287.23, Wis. Stats., Chapters NR 542,544 and 549, Wis.
Admin. Code;
· Sign necessary documents; and
· Submit a final report.
