COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #033-2007
DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Debra Weisner)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Debra Weisner on
January 7, 2007; and
WHEREAS, The City's insurance carrier has recommended that the City disallow this
claim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby disallow
the claim of Debra Weisner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That no legal action may be brought on this claim after
six months from the date of service of notice of this disallowance of claim pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes, Section 893.80.
