RESOLUTION #028-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
Lindale Villas and Oakridge Glen
WHEREAS, Engineers R. A. Smith & Associates, Inc. have submitted a request for a
letter of credit reduction for lindale Villas in the amount of $180,052.50; and
WHEREAS, Engineers Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates have submitted a
request for a letter of credit reduction for Oakridge Glen in the amount of
$1,057,333.31; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for
lindale Villas be reduced by $180,052.50 and that the letter of credit for Oakridge Glen
be reduced by $1,057,333.31.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for lindale Villas in the amount of $180,052.50 and a
reduction in the letter of credit for Oakridge Glen in the amount of $1,057,333.31.
