COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #024-2007
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
STAGECOACH TRAIL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Stagecoach Trail Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
Section 18 (Tax Key Nos. 2229.989, 2229.995, 2229.996, 2229.995.001, and
2229.997) was submitted on January 10, 2007; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 24 single-family parcels and a
number of outlots for preservation, storm water management and open space
preservation; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 102-2006 as amended and adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Stagecoach Trail Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 subject
to the conditions outlined in amended Resolution #P.C. 102-2006 being met at the time
of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
