RESOLUTION #016-2007
REJECTION OF BIDS
Park Arthur Improvements
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for improvements at Park Arthur and the
following bids were received:

C. W. Purpero
Oakes & Son
$383,661.00
$254,988.00
$340,794.45
$325,076.10
WHEREAS, During the bidding process it was discovered that multiple changes to the
specifications were necessary; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that all bids for the project be
rejected.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject all
bids submitted for the improvements to Park Arthur due to specifications for the project
requiring multiple changes.
