COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #014-2007
APPROVAL OF JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR
LAKE WATER QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached annual Agreement with
U.S. Geological Survey for the monitoring of the Big Muskego Lake outlet and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Agreement and payment of the City's portion of the funding in the amount of
$3,679.50.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the Agreement in the name of the City.
