RESOLUTION #011-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
CANDLEWOOD VILLAGE LLC
WHEREAS, Plan Director Jeff Muenkel submitted a request for a letter of credit
reduction for Candlewood Village LLC in the amount of $109,896.85; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for
Candlewood Village LLC be reduced by $109,896.85.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for Candlewood Village LLC in the amount of
$109,896.85.
