COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #010-2007
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN CASH BALANCE
JAMES/DOVIC
WHEREAS, The City has a cash deposit for the installation of a roadway and
supporting ditch system for the James/Dovic property; and
WHEREAS, Plan Director Jeff Muenkel submitted a request to reduce the cash deposit
for Gail James and Gerald Dovic in the amount of $66,035; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the cash deposit for Gail
James and Gerald Dovic be reduced by $66,035.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the cash balance for Gail James and Gerald Dovic in the amount of
$66,035.
