RESOLUTION #008-2007
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
The Woods of Still Water
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on December 12, 2006 for The Woods of Still
Water in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 and NE 1/4 of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford;
and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #213-2006 on November
28, 2006; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 001-
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for The Woods of Still Water in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 and NE 1/4 of
Section 14 in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
