COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #242-2006
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A FIRE PROTECTION
AGREEMENT WITH
MUSKEGO VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY FOR 2007
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the City of Muskego and the Muskego Volunteer Fire
Company enter into an agreement for fire protection for the City's residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement for fire protection
with the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company similar to the agreement approved for the
Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department for the first six months of 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the City.
