APPROVAL OF LETTER OF CREDIT REDUCTIONS

WHEREAS, Engineering/Building Inspection Director McMullen submitted the following
requests for letter of credit reductions:
Copper Oaks
Northfield Green
$572,695.00
$206,632.15
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letters of credit for the
developments named above be reduced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the following letter of credit reductions:

Northfield Green

$206,632.15
