COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #236-2006 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE 2007 RATE SCHEDULES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WHEREAS, The City has agreements for professional engineering services with Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., R. A. Smith and Associates and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, The 2007 rate schedules for each of the engineering firms must be reviewed and approved; and WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the 2007 rate schedules, as attached, and has recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the 2007 rate schedules for the agreements with Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., R. A. Smith and Associates and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc for engineering services. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other provisions of the agreements remain in effect.
