COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #231-2006
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRACT
FOR 2007
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and
Clerk-Treasurer to execute the contract for health insurance for 2007 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the following are additional changes to the 2007
coverage:
· Deductible change from $250 per member to $1,000 per member (with $750
difference to be reimbursed to employee by City)
· Ambulance Air Trip Coverage from $2,000 to $10,000
· Diabetic Supply Endorsement
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That with these changes, the health plan benefits for
2007 are equal to or greater than the benefits reflected in the City labor contracts.
