COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #225-2006 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO PERSONNEL CODE FOR SWORN NONREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, As a result of the 2006 - 2008 Agreement with the Muskego Professional Police Association, adjustments are required to the Personnel Code for sworn nonrepresented employees; and WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the attached adjustments and recommended that the Personnel Code be amended to incorporate the adjustments effective January 1, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve amendments to the Personnel Code for Management and Other Nonrepresented Employees of the City of Muskego to reflect the attached adjustments for sworn nonrepresented employees. Any overtime accumulated in excess of sixty-four (64) hours will be compensated pursuant to this Article. ARTICLE XXII - Safety ADD: 22.03 - All sworn employees of the Police Department will receive the same Uniform Maintenance and Weapon Allowance as agreed to in The Muskego Police Association agreement (Article 11) for January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008. ARTICLE XV - Sick Leave ADD: 15.13 - Sick Leave Incentive - Employees who have reached the maximum sick leave accrual level of 720 hours may place fifty (50%) percent of the value of any accumulated but unused sick leave for the calendar year into the Longevity/SickPay/Health Premium Fund to a maximum of24 hours. This will commence in January 2006 with the first deposit into the Fund based on 2006 unused accumulated sick leave to occur in January 2007. Ica
