PCR2008044 ./PCR2008044_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #PC 044-2008 Print BestFit AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 044-2008 APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SIGN FOR A FUTURE DEVELOMENT AT A PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 31 (CROWBAR DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2283.999.002)   WHEREAS, On March 13, 2008 plans for a temporary sign for the advertisement of possible future home sites submitted by Kaestner-Kinart LLC. located in the SW ¼ of Section 31, and   WHEREAS, The sign is to designate a possible future subdivision development, and   WHEREAS, The Muskego Zoning Ordinance allows temporary off-site signs designating the future construction of a development when the sign is 64 square feet or smaller, and   WHEREAS, The proposed sign is to be a two-sided, will be non-illuminated, 32 square feet in area, vinyl printed graphic mounted to marine plywood, and will be located just east of the Crowbar Drive right-of-way on the property referenced above, and   WHEREAS, The proposed sign will simply state “ Coming Soon… Lake lots and Spacious Residential Home-Sites; For more information call ……”   WHERAS, The current property owner has signed the sign permit application which states that the sign can be allowed on the above referenced property, and   WHEREAS, The Muskego Zoning Ordinance allows temporary off-site signs for a period of nine months with time extensions, and   WHEREAS, The petitioner has requested that the sign be allowed until the future subdivision begins the approval and construction process.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the temporary sign for a property located in the SW ¼ of Section 31 known as Tax Key Number 2283.999.002.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will allow the sign for one year with the ability to come back to the Plan Commission for an extension until the future subdivision begins the approval and construction process and instructs to the Planning Department to monitor the condition of the sign during this time.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if the Plan Department determines the sign falls into disrepair that the sign be brought back to Plan Commission for ruling on removal or repairing.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.     Plan Commission City of Muskego   Adopted:     April 1, 2008 Defeated: Deferred:    Introduced: April 1, 2008  ATTEST: Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
