RESOLUTION #213-2006
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
The Woods of Still Water Subdivision
Town ofWateñord
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for The Woods of Still Water Subdivision was submitted
on November 8, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of 13 residential lots and is located in the NW ;4 of
Section 13 and NE 1/4 of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat
through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 130-2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for The Woods of Still Water Subdivision located in the NW ;4 of
Section 13 and NE 1/4 of Section 14 in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
