AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO
CARRY OUT RELOCATION ORDER KNOWN AS
RESOLUTION #210-2006
(Storm Sewer Watercourse Control Improvement
Project - Hochschild Property)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has passed a Relocation Order known as Resolution
#210-2006; and
WHEREAS, The hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert is necessary to carry out
the project.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering/Building Inspection Director, in
consultation with the City Attorney, to hire an appraiser and relocation expert for said
project.
