COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #210-2006
RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Storm Sewer Watercourse Control Improvement Project -
Hochschild Property)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with
932.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within
described public improvement project and it is also a determination
of necessity for that project in accordance with 932.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary
and public purpose to construct storm sewer watercourse control
improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibit "A"
3. That said storm sewer watercourse control improvements will be
built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation
Order as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said storm sewer watercourse control
improvements is contained in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated
herein; that the legal descriptions to said site are attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "8."
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire fee simple title for storm
sewer watercourse control improvements as indicated on Exhibits
"A" and "B."
Passed and approved this 28th day of November . 2006
I hereby certify that on the 28th day of November the within Relocation Order
was adopted by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 nays by the
Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Exhibit "B"
That part ofthe Southwest One-quarter (114) of Section Nine (9), Township Five (5)
North, Range Twenty (20) East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisc09nsin,
described as follows: Beginning in the center line of the Janesville Plank Road at the
West side of the outlet of Little Muskego Lake running thence in a Southeasterly
direction along the West side of the outlet of Little Muskego Lake to the center of a creek
which enters the outlet from a Westerly direction which is the place of beginning; Thence
continuing in a Southerly direction along the West side of the outlet of Little Muskego
Lake a distance of 145 feet to a point; thence continuing in a Southwesterly direction on a
line with the back line of lots a distance of 62 feet to a point; thence continuing in a
Northwesterly direction a distance of 159 feet to a point which is in the center of a creek
and 59 feet Southwest of the place of beginning; thence continuing in a Northeasterly
direction along the center of the creek to the West side of the outlet of Little Muskego
Lake a distance of 59 feet which is the place of beginning. Together with a perpetual
easement for ingress and egress over property North of the above described premises and
North of the creek and over the bridge as shown in Land Contract recorded as Document
No. 368252. (See Attached Exhibit "A")
