AWARD OF BID
lake lore/Tudor Oaks Well House Demolition Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Lake Lore/Tudor Oaks Well House
Demolition project and the following bids were received:
The Azarian Companies
Henry Marohl, Inc.
$11,451.00
$19,080.00
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has reviewed the bids and recommends
that the bid submitted by The Azarian Companies in the amount of $11,451 be
accepted for the Lake Lore/Tudor Oaks Well House Demolition project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the bid of The Azarian Companies in the amount of $11 ,451 for the Lake
Lore/Tudor Oaks Well House Demolition project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
