COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #200-2006
RESOLUTION TO RESCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR 2007 BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Common Council adopted Resolution #188-2006 on October 10,
2006, which set Monday, November 6 at 7:00 PM as the date for the 2007 budget
public hearing; and
WHEREAS, In order to meet the state statute public hearing requirements, which
require that the public hearing notice be published at least 15 days prior to the hearing,
it is necessary to reschedule the public hearing date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reschedule the date for the 2007 budget public hearing to
Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. for the presentation of the 2007 City
Budget to be held at Muskego City Hall.
