RESOLUTION #179-2006
AWARD OF BID
Settlement Center Decorative Lighting
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Settlement Center Decorative Lighting
Project and the following bid was received:
Pieper Power $17,000.00
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board and Finance Committee have reviewed
the bid and recommend that the bid submitted by Pieper Power in the amount of
$17,000.00 be accepted for the Settlement Center Decorative Lighting Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the bid submitted by Pieper Power in the amount of $17,000.00 for the Settlement
Center Decorative Lighting Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
