PCR2008035 ./PCR2008035_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P C035-2008 Print 86 6 pt 6 pt 0     RESOLUTION #P.C. 035-2008 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR WELL #13 LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 11 WITHIN THE QUIETWOOD EAST II SUBDIVISION (TAX KEY NUMBER 2202.156)   WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Public Utilities Department has forwarded a request for approval of a site plan and housing for Well #13 located in the NW ¼ of Section 11 within the Quietwood East II Subdivision (Tax Key No. 2202.156), and   WHEREAS, A new well is being drilled to maintain adequate water service for Muskego within one of the parcels platted in the Quietwood East II Subdivision, and   WHEREAS, The well housing will be constructed to look like a new house that meets the architectural requirements of the subdivision in order to maintain continuity and aesthetics, and   WHEREAS, Plan Commission traditionally approves all new institutional facilities, thus the new well #13 requires the same approvals, and   WHEREAS, The plans show a new two story dwelling that will have complete landscaping surrounding the site, and   WHEREAS, The house is to be constructed with fiber cement siding/fascia, face brick, asphalt shingles, and spandrel glass windows, and   WHEREAS, The house will have traditional architectural elements such as ornamental doors, garage, and window surrounds, and   WHEREAS, The site will be fully landscaped and will include a concrete driveway and concrete pathways, and   WHEREAS, All transformers are adequately screened by landscaping and the open space of the lot meets requirements of at least maintaining 10,000 sq. ft. (Plans show 10,054 sq. ft. of open space), and   WHEREAS, The house proposed meets the setbacks and height requirements of the RS-3 Suburban Residence District the parcel resides in, and WHEREAS, The site plan shows that a geoblock paving system will be integrated along the concrete driveway.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the site plan and housing for Well #13 located in the NW ¼ of Section 11 within the Quietwood East II Subdivision (Tax Key No. 2202.156).   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The final landscape plan is subject to City Forester approval before building permits can be issued.   Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted:        May 6, 2008 Defeated:        Deferred:            March 4, 2008, April 1, 2008 Introduced:    March 4, 2008 ATTEST:            Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
