COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #162-2006
APPROVAL OF RELEASE FROM DEVELOPER'S DEPOSIT FOR
PRAIRIE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, The City received a request for a release from the Developer's Deposit in
the amount of $1,960 for Prairie Meadows; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the release in the
amount of $1 ,960.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
release from the Developer's Deposit for Prairie Meadows in the amount of $1 ,960.
