COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #161-2006
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT REPORT FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SETTLEMENT CENTER
WHEREAS, On June 27, 2006, the Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted
Resolution #140-2006 entitled, "Acceptance of Committee Recommendations
Regarding Expenditures for Repair Work to be Completed at the Wollman House and
Old School House (Settlement Center)"; and
WHEREAS, The City's Public Works Department has completed the necessary public
improvements to the Wollman House and Old School House at the Settlement Center
in accordance with Wis. ~62.15(14)(b); and
WHEREAS, In accordance with Wis. ~62.15(14)(b), the Public Works Committee
submits the following report regarding the public improvements completed at the
Settlement Center:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the report submitted by the Public Works Committee for the public
improvements completed at the Settlement Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk-Treasurer shall publish a copy of
resolution in compliance with Wis. ~62.15( 14 )(b).
