APPROVAL OF PRE.L1IV1INARY PLAT
Creekside Estates Subdivision
Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Creekside Estates Subdivision, consisting of 13
residential lots in the S\N 1/4 of Section 34 and SE % of Section 33 in the Town of
Vernon, was submitted on June 5, 2006; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within thH extra-lterritorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat
through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 08(3..2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Creekside Estates Subdivision located in the SW 1/4 of Section 34
and SE 'l4 of Section 33 in the Town of Vørnol1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
