COMMON COUNCIIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #131-:2:006
AUTHORIZATION TO TE:RMIINATE CONTRACT WITH
DUST FREE CLEANING SEFtVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, On December 13, 2005, the Common Council adopted Resolution #231-
2005, which approved the City entering into a contract for cleaning services for 2006
with Dust Free Cleanin~} Service, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, City personnel have requestl3d authorization to terminate the existing
contract and the Finance Committee has recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, The existing contract states that "CHent or contractor may terminate this
agreement by a thirty day written notice for any reason."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the Mayor in coordination with City staff to eXElcute the termination clause in the 2006
contract with Dust Free Cleaning Service" inc.
