WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the .Janesville Road Utility Relocation
project and the followin!~ bids were received:

$273,470.00
$303,264.00
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities CommittEle hclS reviewed the bids and recommend that
the bid submitted by D. F. Tomasini, Inc. in tl113 amount of $273,470.00 be accepted for
the Janesville Road Utility Relocation projject.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the bid of D. F. Tomasini, Inc. in the amount of $273,470.00 for the Janesville
Road Utility Relocation Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in ttle name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recornmÐndation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
