APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW FOR THE MUSKEGO GATEWAY CENTRE ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX
LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 5
(TAX KEY NO. 2180.994.001 / S67 W19491 TANS DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On March 2, 2006 plans were submitted by Torke, Wirth, Pujara Ltd. for The Muskego Gateway Centre Entertainment Complex for an amendment to the Building, Site and Operation
Plan for property located in the SE ¼ of Section 5 (S67 W19491 Tans Drive / Tax Key No. 2180.994.001), and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned B-2 Local Service Center District, and said use is a permitted use by right subject to Building, Site, and Operation Plan approvals, and
WHEREAS, Plan Commission stipulated in Resolution #P.C. 050-2006 that an annual review be completed in March of every year to make sure the stipulations of the original BSO approvals
were being followed, and
WHEREAS, A site inspection was completed on February 16, 2009 and a few issues were noted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the annual review for the Muskego Gateway Entertainment Center, subject to compliance with all conditions of approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signage be changed as per PC Resolution #112-2007 within 60 days from the date of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the refuse enclosure door be replaced and repaired within 30 days from the date of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That previously approved plans are kept on file in an address file in the Building Department and all aspects of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
