COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #101-2006
APPROVAL OF NOTICE TERMINATING TENANCY
(Muskego Historical Society)
WHEREAS, On May 10, 2005, the Common Council deferred Resolution #96-2005
concerning a certain Notice Terminating Tenancy in the above matter; and
WHEREAS, Said Notice was never served upon the tenant, Muskego Historical
Society, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Tenant"; and
WHEREAS, Said Notice was not served because the City and the Tenant continued to
try and resolve the issues involved in a cooperative and agreeable manner; and
WHEREAS, The parties have not been able to resolve these issues and it is necessary
that some resolution be reached concerning this matter; and
WHEREAS, The City submitted the offer of a new agreement to the Tenant, but it was
rejected per their correspondence of April 28, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Attached is a new proposed Notice Terminating Tenancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Council hereby approves the form and content of said Notice Terminating
Tenancy; and
2. The Council hereby approves service of said Notice Terminating Tenancy upon
the Tenant.
