COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #097-2006
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
BELLE CHASSE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Belle Chasse Subdivision in the SE 1/4 and SW
1/4 of Section 11 (Tax Key Nos. 2203.990, 2203.990.001 and 2204.996) was submitted
on March 28, 2006; and
WHEREAS, An updated preliminary plat for the Belle Chasse Subdivision was
submitted on May 1, 2006 to mflect the Conservation Commission recommendations;
and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 128 single-family parcels and eight
outlots for wetland preservation, storm water management, open space preservation
and right-of-way reservation for future dedication; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 011-2006 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Belle Chasse Subdivision in the SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of Section 11
subject to the conditions outlin,ed in Resolution #P.C. 011-2006 being met at the time of
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting a1gencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Prelimlinary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
