Landscaping Improvements to Muskego Parks
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Landscaping Improvements to
Muskego Parks project and the following bids were received:

Sunset Nursery, Inc.
Bluemel's, Inc.
Plant Associates, Inc.
Gibraltar Landscape Contractors

WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Board and Finance Committee have reviewed
the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Sunset Nursery, Inc. in the
amount of $29,850 be accepted for the Landscaping Improvements to Muskego Parks
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Sunset Nursery, Inc. in the amount of $29,850 for the Landscaping
Improvements to Muskego Parks project.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
