COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #091-2006
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
WEATHIERWOOD COURT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Engineering/Building Inspection Director McMullen submitted a request for
a letter of credit reduction for the Weatherwood Court Subdivision in the amount of
$528,519; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for the
Weatherwood Court Subdivision be reduced by $528,519.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for the Weatherwood Court Subdivision in the amount of
$528,519.
