COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #087-2006
HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO EAGLE: SCOUT
RYAN M. TRETOW
WHEREAS, RYAN M. TRETOW, resident of the City of Muskego and a sophomore
at Muskego Hi!~h School, earned the Eagle Scout rank on October 15, 2005 as a
member of Boy Scout Troop 18; and
WHEREAS, This achievement is the result of years of service and dedication to the
Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, RYAN began participating in scouting activities in 1996 as a Tiger Cub
Scout and went on to earn 22 Merit Badges and is an Order of the Arrow Ordeal
Member; he has served his fellow scouts and the community in a variety of
leadership positions; and
WHEREAS, RYAN'S Eagle Scout project consisted of completing, refurbishing and
rebuilding the buildings for the Muskego Woman's Club Safety City program. The
project included replacing side panels with new lumber, recycling hinges from the old
buildings, priming and painting, and then finally painting intricate details on the six
buildings; and
. WHEREAS, In addition to his scouting achievements, RYAN also enjoys drawing,
painting, technical and architectural design, football, track and camping; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the
achievements of RYAN TRETOW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby commend RYAN M. TRETOW for achieving the rank of Eagle
Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required to reach scouting's
highest honor.
