Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions Bachelors degree in Accounting, or closely related field, with one to three ye:ars municipal accounting and payroll processing experience or an Associate degree in Accounting, or closely related field, with three to five years municipal accounting and payroll processing experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills a.nd abilities.S'ertifì~d12Jlblien'Lcc()1IJltant preferred.
