AWARD OF BID
Weill 13 - Quietwood Creek East
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Well 13 - Ouietwood Creek East project
and the following bids were received:
Layne Northwest
Sam's Well Drilling
Municipal Well & Pump
$161,870
$114,010
$136,903
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid submitted by Sam's Well Drilling in the amount of
$114,010 be accepted for the Well 13 - Quietwood Creek East project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Sam's Well Drilling in the amount of $114,010 for the Well 13 -
Quietwood Creek East project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designeE~ are authorized to sign
any changes at hils discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
