RESOLUTION #081-2006
RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A celiified survey map to finalize a four-parcel division of the Bryon Hrin
property located on Parker Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 30 (Tax Key #2280.999) was
approved through Resolution #200-2005 on October 25, 200Ei; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the six-month time
period and re-approval by the Common Council is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a four-parcel
division of the Bryon Hrin property located on Parker Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 30.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
