RESOLUTION #079-2006
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH REGULATORY MARKERS
REQUIIRING SLOW, NO-WAKE SPEED
(Little Muskego Lake)
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of lVIuskego, upon the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee, and in accordance with Chapter
20.10(3) of the Municipal Code, does hereby establish that the following areas in Little
Muskego Lake shall be marked with regulatory markers requiring slow, no-wake speed:
· green channel marker buoy to be placed 75 feet straight lakeward from shore as
depicted on the attached map
· green channel marker buoy to be placed 75 feet straight lakeward from shore as
depicted on the attached map
· green channel marker buoy to be placed 75 feet straight lakeward from shore
from point 250 feet southeast from handicap fishinçl pi13r located at Idle Isle Park
· green channel marker buoy to be placed 7ti feet straight lakeward from shore
from point 200 feet southeast of public boat launch at Iidle Isle Park
