IRESOLUTION #078-2006
RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a four-parcel division of the Slocomb
property located on Ryan Road in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23 (Tax Key
#2252.949) was approved through Resolution #179-2005 on September 27,2005; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the six-month time
period and re-approval by the Common Council is necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hE~reby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a four-parcel
division of the Slocomb property located on Ryan Road in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 23.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this certifie~d survey map shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Councill Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
