RESOLUTION #064-2006
APPROVAL OF REDUCTION IN LETTER OF CREDIT
BIG MUSKEGO ESTATES II SUBDIIVISION
WHEREAS, Engineering/Building Inspection Director McMullen submitted a request for
a letter of credit reduction for the Big Muskego Estates II Subdivision in the amount of
$1,084,462.65; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the letter of credit for the
Big Muskego Estates II Subdivision be reduced by $1,084,46:2.65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve a
reduction in the letter of credit for the Big Muskego Estates II Subdivision in the amount
of $1 ,084,462.65.
