PCR2008019 ./PCR2008019_files/filelist.xml RESOLUTION #P.C. 019-2008 Print BestFit 6 pt 8.15 pt 2 2 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 RESOLUTION #P.C. 019-2008 APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL REVIEW FOR BURBACK BUILDERS LLC LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY NO. 2221.016.001 / W185 S8095 RACINE AVENUE) WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Building, Site, and Operation Plan for Burback Builders LLC at the property in the Muskego Industrial Park located at W185 S8095 Racine Avenue (Tax Key Number 2221.016.001) on August 2, 2005, by Resolution #P.C. 080-2005, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned M-2, Industrial District, and said use is allowed by Plan Commission approval, and WHEREAS, Plan Commission stipulated in Resolution #P.C. 080-2005 that an annual review be completed in March of every year to make sure the stipulations of the original BSO approvals were being followed, and WHEREAS, A site inspection was completed on February 25, 2007 and a few issues were noted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the annual review for Burback Builders LLC, subject to compliance with all conditions of approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A site inspection was completed on February 25, 2007 and the following was found:   1.       Two doors were still unpainted on the northern facade of the northwestern-most structure. 2.       Outdoor storage, including, misc. brick/blocks, woodpiles, and ladders along the building were found along the northern façade of the structures.  These items need to be removed from the site or enclosed. 3.       A trailer was found along the northern property line that must be removed from the site or enclosed. 4.       A refuse enclosure is found along the northeast portion of the site visible from Racine Avenue and the property to the north.  The refuse enclosure must be screened from all views.  How they will attempt to screen the device must be delivered to the Planning Department before the change is made.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the above items should be addressed within 30 days from this resolution approval.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That previously approved plans are kept on file in an address file in the Building Department and all aspects of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.   Plan Department City of Muskego   Adopted:    July 15, 2008 Defeated: Deferred:    March 4, 2008, April 1, 2008, May 6, 2008, June 3, 2008 Introduced: March 4, 2008 ATTEST: Kellie Renk, Recording Secretary
