RESOLUTION #046-2006
AWARD OF BID
200fi Road Improvement Program
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the 2006 Road Improvement program and
the following bids were received:
Payne & Dolan, Inc.
Stark Asphalt
Black Diamond Group
$741,749.10
$743,128.20
$762,126.20
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineer have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid submitted by Payne &. Dolan in the amount of
$741,749.10 be accepted for the 2006 Road Improvement program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon ttle recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the amount of $741,749.10 for the 2006 Road
Improvement prol~ram.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of the Engineering/Building
Inspection Director.
