RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL TO REPRESENT THE ASSESSOR
AT THE BOARD OF REVIE\lV
WHEREAS, The City's Assessor has requested legal representation at the 2006 Board
of Review; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that Cramer Multhauf &
Hammes LLP be retained at $150.00 an hour to represent the City Assessor at the
2006 Board of Review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RI::SOL VED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve retaining Cramer Multhauf & Hammes LLP at $150.00 an hour to represent the
City Assessor at the 2006 Board of Review.

RE: Special Counsel for the Assessor's Office for the 2006 Board of Review
For the 2006 Board of Review, I wish to obtain special counsel to represent this office. Arenz,
Molter, Macy & Riffle are retained by the City to represent the Board of Review and therefore
cannot be utilized. I do have monies budgeted in Account #100.01.04.00.5805 for attomey fees.
I will retain the finrl of Cramer, Multhauf & Hammes, LLP. Their fee for 2005 was $150 per
hour and I do not anticipate that the fee will be much higher for 2006. They were retained during
the 2001 & 2005 revaluations.
