RESOLUTION #024-2006
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
RUSTIC TRAILS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Rustic Trails Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section
7 (Tax Key No. 2188.999) was submitted by Field Drive LLC on January 11, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 5 sin~lle-family residential parcels
and one outlot; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 086-2005 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RIESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Rustic Trails Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 086-2005 being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Councill Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
