RESOLUTION #011-2006
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
THE DENOON COUNTRY ESTATES NORTH SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Denoon Country EstatE~s North Subdivision in the
SW 1/4 of Section 30 (Tax Key No. 2279.993) was submitted by the Loughneys on
December 28, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 10 residential parcels; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 001-2006 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Denoon Country Estates North Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of
Section 30 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 001-2006 being met at
the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-.2002.
